Within a few blocks you can reach the main parts of both neighbourhoods, filled with restaurants, shops, and sights. The staff are helpful and kind—when there was a possible price discrepancy, Cristina handled it gracefully and it turned out there was no difference. The room was spotless, cosy, and felt like home. “This is an excellent hotel, very well situated in the Bellavista area but also close to downtown, all within walking distance. The design is beautiful and the property is extremely well maintained. It's very quiet—no traffic noise, which is rare for a central hotel. Owners Soledad and Cristina are friendly, helpful, and kind, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The small size gives it a homey intimacy that never feels oppressive. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Santiago for a few days or longer.”
